When you inquire about memberships, request a private lesson, inquire about a private event, or register through our CourtReserve portal, we collect contact details you voluntarily provide (such as your name, email address, phone number, preferred club location, and skill rating information).
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information strictly to coordinate court reservations, manage memberships across IPC East, IPC South, and IPC North, verify skill ratings (such as DUPR or PickleballBrackets ratings), match you with IPC instructors, and send important club updates.
3. Connected Platforms (CourtReserve, DUPR & IPC Digital Ecosystem)
Court reservations, event registrations, and membership billing are processed securely through CourtReserve. League discovery and community programming ideas are supported through IPC League Central and the IPC Programming Idea Board. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
